- Abbreviated Accounts
- Full Accounts
- Tax Computations
Small and Medium sized entities can file abbreviated accounts to Companies House provided they are not within a regulated sector. McManus Hall produce such accounts in accordance with the relevant Companies Act and submit them accordingly.
HM Revenue & Customs require a set of full financial statements to be submitted with the company’s tax return. It is also a statutory requirement to present a full set of financial statements to the company’s shareholders.
We also prepare accurate tax computations which are also required by HMRC along with form CT600. At McManus Hall we provide a full service meaning that from your accounts we prepare, calculate and file your company’s tax return. Using our up to date tax knowledge and software, we make sure that the tax you pay is accurate and based on the facts. Knowing your circumstances means we can ensure you receive Capital Allowances on expenditure and don’t pay any more than you need to.
We also offer a full bookkeeping and VAT service which can make running your limited company even easier. For more details see Bookkeeping and VAT.
